ATZ Academy – Presenter Agreement

This agreement outlines the responsibilities of presenters participating in educational activities organized by ATZ Academy in accordance with AGD PACE Standards.

1. Presenter Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, evidence-based educational content reflecting accepted standards of dental practice.
• Ensure all information is scientifically supported and free from commercial bias.
• Disclose any financial relationships or conflicts of interest before the activity begins.

2. Image & Case Authenticity

• All clinical images must be truthful and not misrepresent clinical outcomes.
• No misleading digital modification.
• Disclose any enhancement made for educational clarity.

3. Use of Copyrighted Materials

All course materials must be original or properly licensed and free from unauthorized copyrighted content. The Presenter accepts full responsibility for copyright compliance.

4. Ethical & Professional Compliance

The Presenter agrees to comply with all AGD PACE standards, applicable regulations, and to avoid commercial promotion during the activity.

5. Conflict of Interest Disclosure

List any financial relationships with manufacturers or organizations whose products may be mentioned. Write "None" if not applicable.

6. Agreement and Signatures

By completing the electronic signature below, the Presenter confirms all information is accurate and agrees to all terms above.
